What we use as Kongi Gold is not strictly from Kongo, we choose whatever the best village, or small crop holder coffee is available at the time. The regions are Mt Hagen or Goroka, Papua New Guinea. All Kongi is generally organic, however it is not recognised due to logistical and financial restraints within villages and farmers.
